Description

ZYCO

1. Strong frame structure: The shearing machine adopts a fully welded box-shaped bed frame design, which is closely integrated with the workbench to form a high-strength structural system. This design can significantly improve the rigidity of the frame and effectively balance the torque load caused by the shearing force.

2. When the machine is in operation, it shows a vertical and linear motion trajectory relative to the lower blade. This feature greatly reduces the deformation of the plate during the shearing process and ensures the precise straightness of the shearing edge.

3. The gate shearing machine shows extremely high accuracy in blade positioning. Even in continuous multiple shearing operations, each blade can be evenly worn, ensuring the neatness, consistency, flatness and smoothness of the cut edge.

Control system

The machine is equipped with the ESTUN brand E21S CNC system, which provides users with a convenient control experience with its intuitive and easy-to-use interface.

This CNC system incorporates variable frequency control technology to further improve the accuracy of stopper positioning.

The system also integrates a counting function to facilitate users to track production progress.
