Generally, the conventional oiling of machine tool manufacturers is once every 4 hours. There is no loop system in the oil circuit, and the oil is easy to overflov and drip onto the plate, affecting the cutting effect.However, our original and improved loop system can oil once every half an hour,shorten the oiling time, increase the oiling frequency, increase the number ofoiling times for gear racks and linear quides, reduce the wear of racks and guides, improve the precision, and extend the service life of the machine tool.
