For Chinese bending machine manufacturers, every machine we produce will ensure reliable quality, but for problems that arise during the long-term use of the machine, we have also made some solutions for customers' reference, which will be proposed in the following article .

 

1、 About the parallelism of bending machine

In the long-term use of the torsion axis CNC bending machine, sometimes there will be a problem that the angles on both sides are the same, but the two sides are not pressed against the sheet metal at the same time. This may be due to inconsistent parallelism during use of eccentric load, due to the slippage of the bending machine. It is caused by the uneven force on both sides of the block. We can first adjust the downward movement of the slider by adjusting the tightness of the guide rails on both sides, and then adjust the eccentric shafts on both sides of the torsion axis connecting rod, so that the parallelism of the bending machine can be achieved. consistent. Electro-hydraulic bending machines do not have this problem.

 

2、The gap between the machine slider and the guide rail is too large, causing abnormal noise.

In the long-term use of torsion axis CNC bending machines and electro-hydraulic CNC bending machines, if lubricating oil is not added, it will cause hard friction inside the guide rail, so that the gap between the guide rail and the slider is too large, thus affecting the downward stability of the machine. It will also make strange noises. We need to add lubricating oil to the machine every 2 months and adjust the guide screws to ensure the stability of the bending machine.

 

3、The parallelism deviation between the backgauge beam and the lower mold is large

If the backgauge beam guide rail of the bending machine is not parallel to the mold, you need to check:

(1) Whether the upper mold and the lower mold can freely overlap in a straight line. The bending of the slider and the bending of the mold will directly affect the bending of the workpiece.

(2) Whether the two sides and the middle position of the rear gage beam are at the same point can be detected by measuring the distance between the same blocking finger and the two sides and middle position of the lower mold.

(3) Whether there is a gap between the guide rails on both sides of the slider of the bending machine. The gap between the guide rails on both sides needs to be adjusted.

(4) Check whether the rear gauge timing belt is worn or damaged.

(5) Check whether there is a gap between the backgauge ball screw and the fixed seat. If it is loose, the screw will be unstable.

 

4、During the use of the bending machine, the bending angle is unstable and changes frequently.

If such problems occur in the electro-hydraulic CNC bending machine, you need to check:

(1) Check whether the screws at the connection between the electro-hydraulic cylinder and the slider are loose.

(2) Check whether the fixing screws and connections of the grating ruler are loose.

(3) Check whether the electro-hydraulic servo valve is leaking or whether there is foreign matter stuck in the valve core.

(4) Check whether there is any gap between the mold and the quick clamp.

(5) Check whether the mechanical compensation table is worn.

 

If such problems occur in the torsion axis CNC bending machine, you need to check:

(1) Check whether the screws at the connection between the oil cylinder and the slider are loose.

(2) Check whether the screw rod and nut of the oil cylinder are worn and the gap is too large.

(3) Check whether the Y-axis servo motor, synchronous belt and synchronous wheel are damaged.

(4) Check whether there is any gap between the mold and the quick clamp.

(5) Check whether the mechanical compensation table is worn.

 

5、The slider automatically falls slowly

When the bending machine has the problem that the slider automatically drops the knife, you need to check:

(1) Check whether the cylinder sealing ring is damaged.

(2) Check whether the valve group is abnormal and the valve core needs to be cleaned.

 

6、There is no pressure during the bending process of the bending machine.

(1) If the bending machine moves up and down normally and the pressure cannot be increased when bending the workpiece, it is necessary to check whether the valve core and spring of the hydraulic control valve are damaged, and whether the relief valve is blocked by foreign matter.

(2) If the bending machine can move up and down normally, but the slider slightly falls off on its own and the pressure cannot be increased, the cylinder sealing ring needs to be checked.

(3) If the machine cannot move up or down, first check whether the valve group is working and whether the foot switch is damaged, and then check the valve group.

 

7、Servo drive alarm problem

When the X-axis, Y-axis, or R-axis alarm occurs in the CNC system, it is because the servo motor is affected by resistance. It is necessary to check whether it is blocked by objects or exceeds the maximum stroke. It is also necessary to check whether the communication line is damaged or fallen off.

 

8、The bending machine vibrates when going down and up quickly.

(1) Check the cylinder seal ring

(2) Check whether there are foreign objects inside the oil pipe

(3) Check whether the three-position four-way valve is faulty.

(4) Check whether the filter is clogged.
