- Suitable for mass production and complex shape bending processing.
Four-roller plate bending machine features:
The position of the upper roller is fixed, and the lower roller moves upward to clamp the steel plate. The rollers on both sides move closer to the upward roller in a straight line or arc to adjust the curvature radius of the drum. The roller movement forms of four-roller and three-roller plate rolling machines are different, but the working principle is the same. They both use the principle of three-point circle determination to roll different radii. However, the pre-bent straight edges and rounded roundness of the four-roller plate rolling machine are better than those of the three-roller.
